Ausurv was established in 1991. We strive to be the foremost surveying consultancy in Northern Australia and South East Asia.

The professional Survey employed by Ausurv all hold tertiary qualifications in surveying, with the Principle being a Licensed Surveyor. We have invested in an ongoing program of continuous professional training for our employees.

Ausurv prides itself on adhering closely to timetable requirements. By managing tasks professionally and working closely with our clients, future planning can take place knowing that the results from the consultancy will be available when indicated.

Surveying Equipment

It is an Ausurv policy to adopt the latest available instrumentation and Technology. We only use Trimble GNSS GPS and S6/5000 series Robotic Stations. This instrumentation is the best available, and has been proven robust and highly accurate in the extreme environments encountered in Northern Australia

Vehicles

All Company vehicles are equipped “Mine Ready”, in which they are fitted with 2-way radios, fire extinguishers, safety lights and first-aid kits.

We also have special use vehicles including GPS mounted Quad bikes and a custom built remote controlled Hydrographic survey boat.

Aircraft

The company has a Piper Chieftain Executive aircraft with an eight person seating capacity to utilize in remote areas and for crew changes to areas without commercial flights. The aircraft is flown by a pool of experienced Northern Territory pilots.

Survey Office

Ausurv operate a Microsoft Windows computer environment.

Our Principle Surveying Software is LisCad, of which we always run the latest version. The Drafting Office utilises MicroStation and AutoCAD suites.
